Lancashire School Games Dance Finals 2019
Wednesday 1st May
The Lancashire Schools Dance Finals sees primary and secondary schools representing the 14 boroughs across Lancashire compete to become the Lancashire School Games Dance 2019 Champions! Schools bid to impress the 3 dance specialist judges with their pliés, jazz hands and glitter-infused costumes. This year’s finals welcomes a new theme of DIVERSITY. Which schools will be diverse enough to come out on top!

Menopause The Musical

Menopause the Musical is heading out on another UK wide tour. This hysterical show packed full of one-liners about night sweats, hot flushes and memory loss is backed by an instantly recognisable soundtrack of innuendo-laden versions of 60s, 70s and 80s pop classics. An all-singing, all-dancing comedy set in a department store, where four women with seemingly nothing in common, meet by chance and make fun of their woeful lives experiencing “The Change”. They soon bond as they realise that the menopause is no longer “The Silent Passage”, but an unavoidable stage in every woman’s life. The hysterical and uplifting Menopause The Musical will have you laughing, and singing, all the way home.

Accompanied by DJ’s, singers, and lyricists – this is not your average Orchestral event. This is no ordinary Orchestral event. Expect a full standing crowd, with performances from various DJ’s, lyricists and singers as well as a full Orchestral Rendition of Dr. Dre’s: 2001 album, followed by other of Dre’s west coast classics.
