Work is almost complete on a development of 28 new homes which has generated an investment of more than £159,000 in Preston.
Jones Homes is putting the finishing touches in place at Greenhill Gate in Penwortham.
Construction work is due to be complete by the end of April.
Just one home remains for sale – a three-bedroom semi-detached Birch house priced at £189,995.
Carol Barlow, Sales Director for Jones Homes Lancashire, said: “Greenhill Gate has proven to be a huge success, matching closely with the needs of local homebuyers.

The Birch house type has been one of the most popular at Greenhill Gate.
The final Birch home can be secured with just a five per cent deposit using Help to Buy.
The purchaser requires a 75 per cent mortgage.
The remaining 20 per cent is provided as an equity loan which is interest-free for the first five years.
Jones Homes has invested more than £159,000 in infrastructure for Preston as part of its planning agreement for Greenhill Gate.
The money is collected by the local authority and allocated for community and infrastructure projects.
