PARTY club Popworld has reopened its doors in Preston city centre after a £200,000 facelift.

With the reopening of Popworld Preston, the leisure group will be operating 33 sites nationwide.

The opening weekend saw street entertainers and a guest appearance from McFly’s Dougie Poynter.

Renowned for championing nineties’ cheese and noughties’ nostalgia, bosses say customers can expect further live performances, inflatables galore, classic Popworld props and mountains of confetti!

Jamie Rosenfeld, brand manager at Popworld, said: “We are so excited to bring Popworld back to Preston.

“We have had such great success over the past few years and are continuing to grow as a brand, throwing unforgettable parties across the UK.

“With the revamped site, we can’t wait to show off our new look and continue providing great nights out for all.”
