Jones Homes is investing £435,000 in infrastructure for Preston as part of its 48-home Ribbleswood Chase development in Cottam.

As part of its planning agreement for the development in Hoyles Lane, Jones Homes has contributed £137,551 towards an East-West link road to ease traffic congestion. A further £297,837 has been paid as a Community Infrastructure Levy to fund further improvements to local services.

"The development will enhance the local area, providing a range of homes to suit the needs of local people. It is proving popular with local people, as well as those from further afield.

"We hope our financial contributions will have a substantial positive impact on Preston for existing residents and those moving into the area."
